North Haven

North Haven sits right next door to our Hamden base, so scheduling is nearly as fast as it is at home. The town's post-war capes and ranches, plus the newer colonials off Middletown Avenue and Clintonville Road, keep us busy with basement build-outs, deck repairs, and interior repaints.

Basements are a big part of what we do in North Haven. We frame the walls, hang and finish the sheetrock, install trim and doors, and paint, all with one crew, so a finished basement doesn't take three months of waiting on subcontractors.

Exterior carpentry is the other common call: rotted fascia and window trim, sagging porch railings, and deck boards past their prime. We replace what's failed, match the profiles, and paint or stain it so it blends with the rest of the house.
