Guilford

Guilford has one of the largest collections of historic homes in Connecticut, and neighboring Madison isn't far behind. Work in these houses calls for matching existing trim profiles, repairing rather than replacing where it makes sense, and painting with the kind of prep that respects old plaster and wood.

We handle finish carpentry, sheetrock and plaster repair, interior and exterior painting, and full bathroom and kitchen remodels for Guilford and Madison homeowners, keeping the framing, drywall, trim, and paint on one crew.

Shoreline properties also see more moisture damage than inland homes; we fix the rot and the water-stained ceilings and use exterior products built for the coast.
